What To Expect
If you want WhiteSpeed or QuickPro, you can plan your treatment so it follows your cleaning at Newton Centre Dental. This will eliminate tartar and plaque so the whitening treatment application is even on your teeth. After your teeth are clean and dry, your mouth will be covered before the process starts. For QuickPro, every tooth is painted with whitening varnish and then covered with a sealant for protection. As soon as your teeth have been evenly coated, you can leave our office. After about 30 minutes, you can remove the varnish by brushing your teeth.
For WhiteSpeed, a whitening gel will be painted on your teeth. After your teeth are covered, a light will activate the stain removal treatment. These steps will be done three times in the course of around 45 minutes. The gel will be cleaned off of your enamel before a final gel is used to reduce sensitivity and fortify your teeth.
